This amazing salted caramel coffee creamer from Jill Winger’s, The Prairie Homestead Cookbook makes any cup of coffee a treat! Whether you gift it, keep it in your fridge, or both, you will be happy to have this recipe in your kitchen.
I wish I was the girl that drinks my coffee black, but I am not. I didn’t even drink coffee until after my second child was born (IYKYK), so I lack confidence when it comes to making coffee for myself and others. Then I came across Jill Winger’s salted caramel coffee creamer, and I’m sold. It is delicious, and has made me into an at-home-barista!
I always keep this creamer in my fridge, so it’s ready to make delicious coffee for a friend (and let’s be honest, myself…daily). I use this when I’m bringing coffee to a friend, because I promise you, it’s better than what you can buy at the coffee shop!
I simply make my usual cup of coffee, and add this creamer!
Sometimes I even gift the creamer by itself, so friends can have it in their fridge during a tough week. I tend to make a double batch so I’m always ready to fill a friend’s cup, or my own!
